As the state of California continues to try and slow the spread of the coronavirus, Governor Gavin Newsom has directed all gyms to close for the time being. In the meantime, Coach Chris will post daily home workouts on Wodify for our members.

It is with a heavy heart that this is all happening and that these extreme measures must be taken. We are going to do our best to continue to be of service any way we can throughout this time. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns or questions.
