WSSC has always welcomed anyone regardless of race, background, religion, beliefs, age, and abilities. In light of the recent comments made by the CEO of CrossFit, and the killing of George Floyd, we feel it is necessary to reaffirm this position to all of our members and everyone in our community. Although we have been considering becoming a CrossFit Affiliate, we will no longer pursue that avenue. Our gym and our culture is a place for ALL of us to come together and UNITE in the pursuit of bettering ourselves and increasing our quality of life. There is no place within our walls for hate, divisiveness, or anything that does not align with our culture.

West Sacramento Strength & Conditioning continues to follow State and County mandated health orders put into action to slow the spread of COVID-19.

As the state of California continues to try and slow the spread of the coronavirus, Governor Gavin Newsom has directed all gyms to close for the time being. In the meantime, Coach Chris will post daily home workouts on Wodify for our members.

It is with a heavy heart that this is all happening and that these extreme measures must be taken. We are going to do our best to continue to be of service any way we can throughout this time. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns or questions.

Just a quick update on our New Year’s week schedule at our West Sacramento location. Our classes will run as follows:

• Monday: Normal Class Schedule
• Tuesday, New Years Eve: All afternoon/evening classes cancelled! Our 5:30am, 9:30am, and 12pm classes will still be on.
• Wednesday, New Year’s Day: Just one class at 12pm. Come ring in the new year with a great workout!
• Thursday & Friday: Normal Class Schedule

Due to more delays with the City permitting process, we had to postpone our opening until early April. The good news is: we are truly at the finish line. Again, check back here and on our Facebook page for more updates.
