Coaching philosophy:

Work on the things that you love and that inspire you, but work harder on the things that you fear and aren’t good at.

Year you started Functional Fitness and how you found it:

Started in 2010 — found it through a friend.

Certifications:

CF Level 1, Certified Personal Trainer

Athletic Background:

High school, and some college football. Started with martial arts young and always been involved in some form of training.

Experience/Accomplishments:

8 years experience coaching 1-on-1 and group classes in Powerlifting, Olympic Lifting, Gymnastics elements, and many other aspects of fitness.

What do you do outside the gym?

I spend time with my two young sons and wife. All family time!

Favorite food?

Lasagna, and cookies.

Anything else you’d like the world to know about you?

I’m a huge fan of Nordic and Greek mythology. And I love a good Anime!
