Strength & Conditioning Group Classes
Our small group classes focus on strength training, olympic lifting with emphasis on technique-building, gymnastics elements and skills, and conditioning that combine all aspects of fitness.
Classes are comprised of constantly-varied daily workouts that are scaleable to any fitness level. Whether your goal is to lose some weight for health and longevity, look good naked, or improve your fitness for elite-level competition, our classes can be modified to accommodate all of these scenarios. We can work around injuries and/or mobility issues to keep you consistent and constantly improving.
West Sacramento Strength and Conditioning is excited to bring sports massage therapy sessions to the Wednesday afternoon schedule!
Terri Markus has been a Therapeutic Massage Therapist since 2014, with multiple certifications in modalities including Integrative Thai style stretching, Sports Recovery and Injury Prevention, Muscle release, Lymphatic massage and Joint release techniques.
Her experience has been with athletes, military, and first responders. She will be offering 5-10 min sessions at $1/min, and booking longer sessions if desired. Inquire for more information HERE.
